I like a design, but I would like to change the wording. Can I do that?

We accept requests for changes in the design on one side of the shirts – free of charge! Please contact us via the “Request custom order” button and tell us what you need!

I made a mistake in my order/ address details. Can I change it after I’ve completed it?

We can absolutely do that, unless we’ve already shipped your items. Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally, within 2 hours of purchase) and we will do our best to edit the order!

I would like to know the delivery status of my order. Where can I find that?

When we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail, in which you can find the tracking number of your shipment. You can use it in the website of your local national postal service.

N.B. Currently, there is no tracking service offered by Canada Post and Australia Post.

I need my order until the end of the week! How soon can it arrive here?

We offer express shipping via DHL, which takes 1-2 work days to reach countries in Europe, up to 4 work days to reach the US, and up to 6 business days to reach any other country! You can either select it during checkout, or if you’ve completed the order already, you can contact us!

I would like to order a men’s L and a ladies’ M shirts from a listing, but I can’t find an option to choose between men and ladies sizes.

Actually, all of our items, with exception of the tank tops, are unisex size! This means that on women they are slightly looser, and on men they are a tight fit.

I received my items, but it seems I chose the wrong size. What can I do about it?

We accept exchanges, as long as the item hasn’t been washed or worn! The customer is responsible for return and re-sending shipping, but otherwise, it is completely free of charge! If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us.

The estimated delivery time passed, but I have yet to receive my order. What is happening?

The first and foremost thing that you need to do is, using your order’s tracking number, check the delivery status of the shipment on the website of your local postal service. There, you will see if the item is arriving soon, if it is already in your city and if there were any delivery attempts. Sometimes couriers come by when you are not at home and take the package with them back to the post office, so please make sure to check there in a period of 1-2 days (if a shipment remains unclaimed for longer than 2 weeks, it is being shipped back to sender).

I received my order, but the items I got are not what I ordered!

What you should do first is check your order details – did you select the correct items, sizes and colors? If everything in your order is correct, then please contact us and we will find a solution to the situation
